About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Branch Office Administrator to join our team at Edward Jones. As a key member of our branch team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional client service and supporting the financial advisor in achieving their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deepen and broaden client relationships through proactive communication and personalized service
  • Identify opportunities to create efficiency and implement process improvements
  • Work independently to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
  • Stay up-to-date with current and new office technology
  • Participate in the annual business planning process to assist in developing strategies for the upcoming year
  • Drive marketing activities such as planning and executing events
