Job Title: Human Resources Data Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Human Resources Data Analyst to join our team at Bristol County Savings Bank. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in analyzing and interpreting human resources data to support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data from various sources, including payroll, performance reviews, and employee surveys.
  • Develop and maintain data dashboards and reports to track key HR metrics and identify trends.
  • Conduct in-depth data analysis to support HR initiatives such as talent acquisition, employee development, and compensation.
  • Collaborate with HR professionals to identify data-driven solutions to address HR challenges.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity through regular audits and quality checks.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, PowerBI, and other statistical software.
  • Experience working with and interpreting HR data, trends, and metrics.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and forge strong collaborative partnerships with the team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
