Job Description

Empire Auto Parts, LLC is seeking a highly skilled HR Coordinator to support the Human Resources department. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing various HR functions and ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the recruitment process by scheduling interviews and coordinating with hiring managers.

• Conduct new team member orientations and facilitate the onboarding process.

• Maintain and regularly update employee records, including personal details and job changes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the HR field.

• Proven experience in an HR Coordinator role or a similar HR position.

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to maintain confidentiality.

• Empathy and understanding when handling employee concerns.

• Adaptability and ability to handle various tasks and challenges.
