You will gain a comprehensive understanding of the operational dynamics and challenges faced by your designated clients, contextualizing these within their respective industries. Your role will involve fostering enduring relationships with both IT and business stakeholders, guiding them throughout their journey with Blue Yonder. Internally, you will serve as the customer’s voice and be an integral part of the core account team, working alongside the Account Manager and Technical Account Manager. Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate to formulate and execute account strategies for your assigned clients.
  • Identify and develop opportunities for cross-selling and upselling, ensuring seamless renewals.
  • Establish relationships with key stakeholders within the client's organization to enhance customer experience and address any concerns.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and events to effectively engage with clients, understanding their challenges and opportunities.
  • Comprehend Blue Yonder products and identify how they can address client issues and create value.
  • Conduct regular business reviews to promote product adoption and demonstrate value to clients.
  • Communicate and deliver ROI to clients throughout their engagement with us.
  • Act as the internal advocate for clients, collaborating with various cross-functional teams.
  • Adhere to internal processes aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction, retention, and risk mitigation.
  • Support the achievement of Customer Reference status.
  • Coordinate with the Sales team to identify and facilitate cross-sell/up-sell opportunities that unlock additional value for clients.
  • Manage customer escalations related to value, consumption, and adoption, liaising with internal teams as necessary.
  • Provide valuable insights regarding client business needs and relay customer feedback to Product Management, Sales, and Marketing.

Desired Skills and Experience
  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in consulting, professional services, implementation, customer success management, or account management.
  • Proven knowledge and experience in the supply chain domain.
  • Experience in customer-facing roles is essential.
  • Willingness to travel within the region up to 60% of the time to meet with clients.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Experience interacting with C-Suite executives is required.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, results-driven environment.
  • Data-driven mindset with a commitment to maintaining consistent engagement processes.
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with the SaaS technology landscape.
  • Degree-level qualification.
