Work Environment: This position is based in our Coppell, TX office.

Compensation: Starting at $15.00/hour, with $16.00/hour available for candidates who are bilingual in Spanish.

The Collector will facilitate the establishment of payment arrangements, document account discrepancies, and/or reinstate services for clients.

Essential Skills:

  • Ability to listen and provide solutions to dissatisfied clients

  • Adhere to collection laws, protocols, and procedures
  • Identify and escalate urgent matters to management
  • Accurately document and process call transactions

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional phone communication skills with a clear and professional speaking style
  • Experience in debt collection, call center operations, or soft sales is advantageous
  • Friendly and positive demeanor in challenging situations
  • Ability to maintain composure under pressure
  • Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute with >85% accuracy
