The Role

We're seeking a talented Sales Operations Associate to join our Partner Operations team. As a key member, you'll manage our CRM systems, analyze and visualize large data sets, ensure data integrity, and provide reporting and operational support.

  • Administer and optimize CRM systems for efficient data flow and processes.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards for performance analysis and ad-hoc asks.
  • Monitor and cleanse data sets to ensure accuracy and integrity.
  • Partner with sales to build and manage forecast reports.
  • Project future results and identify resource re-allocations to meet business goals.
  • Build and maintain automations to boost team productivity.

Requirements

To succeed, you'll need:

  • 3+ years of experience in sales operations or go-to-market roles, preferably at early-stage direct-to-consumer start-ups.
  • 2+ years of experience with PostgreSQL or BigQuery.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Certification/mastery of advanced Hubspot features.
  • Experience managing large data volumes, including migration and cleansing.
  • Mastery of data analysis and visualization tools.
  • A process-oriented mindset with a passion for efficiency and standardization.
  • The ability to learn quickly through experimentation.
  • Thriving in fast-paced environments.
  • Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Benefits and Compensation

We offer competitive salaries, equity packages, 401k, and health insurance. The estimated annual salary for this role is $125,000 - $145,000, based on location and experience.
