Job Overview

At CRM Force, we are seeking an experienced Technology Director to lead our IT strategic plan and roadmap in support of our enterprise strategy. This is a full-time salaried position with a minimum of 2 days on-site.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled professional with expertise in Data Management, Reporting, Network, and Systems Infrastructure. As a Technology Director, you will oversee our technological infrastructure, critical information, and data systems. You will develop and implement the IT strategies, policies, procedures, and best practices, ensuring all Information Technology methodology and processes (Project Management, SDLC and Change Management) are followed and database requirements are documented.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of the IT strategic plan and roadmap in support of the enterprise strategy.
  • Oversee technological infrastructure, critical information, and data systems.
  • Develop and implement the IT strategies, policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Effectively manage IT vendor relationships to foster strong partnerships, strategic alignment, and value.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to identify technological needs and develop solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
  • Leads efforts to identify new technologies and opportunities for process & system improvements.
  • Develop the IT expense and capital budgets that support both long-term and short-term objectives.
  • Oversee the management of company facilities and leasing partners.
  • Ensure robust IT Disaster Recovery documentation, capabilities, and testing.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and other regulatory requirements including HIPAA, PHI, and audit requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and related work experience required.
  • Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in implementing and architecting complex data management and BI capabilities such as data warehouse, reporting and data engineering with 5 years technology management experience in a large complex IT organization.
  • Come from Health plan industry background.
  • Proven ability to understand the business strategy and goals and their potential implications in terms of IT solutions required to support them.

The estimated salary for this position is $250,000 - $300,000 per year, depending on experience.
