Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Design Engineer to join our team at ESPO Corporation. As a key member of our Research and Development team, you will be responsible for designing and developing new and improved industrial machinery.

Your primary focus will be on researching and developing new products, as well as processing critical engineering tasks necessary to complete engineering projects. This will include tasks such as project assessment, initial arrangement drawings, concept design, revision control, and review and approval of final drawings and BOMs.

You will also be responsible for sales support and customer technical support. If you have a strong background in mechanical engineering and are looking for a challenging and rewarding role, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop new and improved industrial machinery
  • Process critical engineering tasks necessary to complete engineering projects
  • Provide sales support and customer technical support
  • Review and approve final drawings and BOMs
  • Support manufacturing and quality control by providing documentation packages and assembly procedures
Requirements
  • Minimum BS Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 3+ years' experience in mechanical design engineering in positions of increasing scope and responsibility
  • Experience in the design/engineering of heavy industrial equipment, or possibly industrial instruments, power transmission systems, pneumatics, and metal fabrication
