About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Electronics Design Engineer to join our team at Strivector. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative electronic systems and products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of engineers in the design and development of electronic systems and products.
  • Contribute to the development of new products through collaboration with customers and sales personnel.
  • Consult on new product and market development efforts.
  • Prepare successful proposal designs and concepts, along with cost and schedule estimates.
  • Validate conceptual problem solutions by performing trade studies and analyses.
  • Create reliable designs through a comprehensive experimental development test program.
  • Document designs, analyses, and test results with accurate and concise reports.
  • Help with interviewing and mentoring junior engineers.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of electrical design principles and a strong background in electronics engineering. A Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or a Master of Science in Engineering is required, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in electrical design.

Desired skills and experience include:

  • Experience in designing PCBs and proficiency in circuit design, analysis, and testing.
  • Specialization in power electronics.
  • US citizenship due to military program involvement.
