Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Product Management to lead the development of our platform supporting all WCT commercialized offerings. As a key member of our Technology Strategy team, you will be responsible for defining the platform stack requirements, owning the roadmap for rollout, and monitoring progress to milestones.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define WCT Platform stack requirements and own the roadmap for rollout
  • Monitor progress to milestones and ensure key metrics are in place to define success
  • Make thoughtful decisions to build, buy, or partner across components and leverage WMT internal components when appropriate
  • Manage programs to follow WMT operational processes to ensure smooth deployment and ongoing development for all WCT SaaS products
  • Collaborate with WCT engineering, 3P teams, or WMT internal teams to build out the platform stack
  • Collaborate with WCT solutions product managers to gather forward-looking needs
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field
  • 8+ years of experience in product management
  • Proven ability to program manage and operationalize deployment processes in a large company
  • Strong understanding of SaaS platform industry standards and related areas such as IAM, Data etc.
  • Proven ability to define and execute product roadmaps
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in the retail industry
  • Experience building 0-1 platform in a startup setting
