Sustana, a leading manufacturer of sustainably produced, premium recycled fiber and paper, is seeking a skilled Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing our existing book of business, identifying new sales opportunities, and developing effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and grow the existing book of business by building strong relationships with current clients and ensuring their ongoing satisfaction.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the Baltimore area to expand our customer base.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Utilize excellent verbal and written communication skills to negotiate contracts, present proposals, and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations and support the overall success of the business.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales activities, market conditions, and customer feedback for senior management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales account management.
  • Experience in the wastepaper recycling industry is highly preferred.
  • Alternatively, a minimum of 3 years of experience in sales within the printing industry is also acceptable.
  • Strong verbal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • A team-player attitude, with the willingness to assist in other internal operations as needed.
