**Job Summary**
We are seeking a Medical Services Provider to join our team of dedicated professionals who share our passion for delivering high-quality care to individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing medical services and support to our clients in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
**Responsibilities**
* Assess the health needs of individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities
* Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each client
* Provide direct medical care and services to clients as needed
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
**Requirements**
* NYS Registered Nurse license
* One year minimum of clinical experience
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
**Compensation and Benefits**
We offer a competitive salary range of $71,801.60 - $78,981.76 per year, commensurate with experience. Additional benefits include flexible scheduling and opportunities for professional growth and development.
