Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented LPN to join our team at Nuvance Health's Primary Care office in Kingston, NY. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.

About the Position

This is a full-time opportunity with a 40-hour workweek, Monday through Friday, from 8:00am to 5:30pm. You will be responsible for:

Main Responsibilities

  • Providing exceptional patient care and service
  • Performing various administrative tasks, including data entry and registration
  • Assisting with vaccine administration and medication preparation
  • Maintaining accurate patient records and reports
  • Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care

Requirements and Qualifications

  • BLS certification within 30 days of hire
  • Valid LPN licensure in New York State
  • Basic medical knowledge and terminology
  • Proficiency in multiple software systems, including electronic health records
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
