About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Specialist to join our team at Family Services Inc. This role will provide critical support to our outpatient behavioral health center, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and exceptional client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars for clinicians and staff members.
  • Manage patient records and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Greet clients and visitors, providing a welcoming and respectful environment.
  • Perform skilled keyboarding and data entry in our electronic medical record system.
  • Collect fees, copays, and service fees while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA regulations.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 1 year of full-time clerical work experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
