Job Description

The primary responsibility of the Office Specialist is scheduling appointments, checking clients in and out, and making reminder phone calls for next-day appointments. Additionally, you will perform skilled keyboarding and accurate data entry in our electronic medical record system, provide routine information concerning clinic procedures and services, collect fees, refer callers to appropriate staff, and take detailed messages.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • High school graduation or equivalent diploma required.
  • One year of full-time clerical work experience or completion of a clerical training program with internship.

  • Scheduling appointments and managing client flow.
  • Collecting fees and maintaining accurate records.
  • Performing data entry and other administrative tasks.
  • Providing excellent customer service and responding to client inquiries.
