About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Account Manager to join our team at Imagine Staffing Technology, An Imagine Company. As a key member of our digital banking team, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our digital products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Onboarding and Management: Onboard and maintain customer accounts related to treasury management products and services, ensuring accuracy and completeness of documentation.
  • Second-Level Support: Provide second-level support to the Customer Contact Center as it relates to treasury management, commercial, and municipal digital operations products and services.
  • Product Promotion and Sales: Promote bank products and services by identifying opportunities and evaluating the needs of existing and prospective customers to make appropriate recommendations and referrals to other lines of business.
  • Account Opening and BSA/KYC Compliance: Onboard all new customers and accounts opened through the digital banking channel, ensuring all BSA, KYC, and CDD regulations are met prior to opening the account.
  • Operational Support: Operationally support and service initiatives new to the digital bank, such as FX currency, crypto currency, BaaS.
  • Issue Resolution and Escalation: Work directly with the team in identifying cases regarding digital operations inquiries/issues and relay resolutions to appropriate internal departments and customers.
  • Task Completion and Quality Assurance: Complete requests under the direction of the Digital Operations Specialist II and Digital Operations Manager, as appropriate, and ensure the daily work in the department is completed timely and accurately.
  • Customer Service and Experience: Demonstrate the standards and principles of the company's experience in every interaction with internal and external customers, associates, and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent. Preferably a higher education degree in a business-related area of study.
  • Experience: 2+ years working in a banking environment, with exposure to and experience with business accounts and services.
  • Preferred Experience: 1+ years working in a banking environment working with Treasury Management or Cash Management products or services.
  • Skills and Abilities: Attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, ability to manage multiple priorities, respond to requests for information in a timely and professional manner, working knowledge of Microsoft applications, and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
