About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Onboarding Account Lead to join our team at C-4 Analytics, LLC. As a key member of our client onboarding and success team, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless transition for new clients, managing digital marketing campaigns, and providing exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the onboarding process for new clients, including welcome calls, kick-off meetings, and developing customized digital marketing strategies.
  • Work closely with the Associate Vice President of Client Onboarding & Success to deliver strategic media plans and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, sales teams, and internal stakeholders to gather background information and ensure a smooth transition from contract signing to program launch.
  • Provide support to the Onboarding team on client presentations, including development, analysis, and execution of presentations.
  • Assist in continually improving Phase 1 processes and increasing team efficiency.
  • Manage all aspects of digital marketing campaigns, including paid search, website maintenance, social media, and online reputation, from initial campaign pitch to campaign setup, execution, review, and reporting.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal production teams to improve client websites for optimal success and to better serve overall digital strategy.
  • Create client-facing monthly reports on all aspects of C-4 Analytics campaigns by identifying and interpreting KPIs related to a client's digital marketing campaign strategy.
  • Run weekly meetings to update clients on cumulative progress.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience within the automotive industry, either in a client capacity or working within automotive dealerships.
  • 5+ years of client management experience, including at least 1 year working as an Onboarding Specialist or Account Lead.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related degree/equivalent relevant industry experience.
  • Certifications in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Facebook Blueprint.
  • Expert in Local SEO.
  • Stellar presentation skills, ability to demonstrate value to clients and serve as a trusted digital advisor.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to write professional emails to clients and third parties.
  • A strong sense of urgency.
  • Demonstrated time management and project management skills, including experience in project management tools, such as JIRA.
  • Familiarity with website functionality.
  • Demonstrated experience with Google products (Gmail, Docs, Slides, Drive) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) products.
