Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the revenue recognition process for the Villas division and direct-to-consumer business.
- Reconcile and process loyalty redemption invoicing for various private label partnerships.
- Oversee the reconciliation of incoming invoices related to loyalty promotions from private label partners.
- Deliver analytical insights on promotions to marketing directors and executives.
- Support external audit processes.
- Engage in additional projects and analyses as required.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is mandatory.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance is essential.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP is required.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Excel, including functions such as VLOOKUP, SUMIF(S), COUNTIF(S), CONCATENATE, and pivot tables.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are necessary.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities are crucial.
- Experience with Great Plains or similar accounting software is preferred.
- Ability to work in a hybrid model, combining office and remote work.
