The Client Support Specialist will be responsible for assisting the assigned outside sales team throughout the US, with a focus on achieving or exceeding monthly sales objectives. The compensation ranges from 55K to 68K, along with a comprehensive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to incoming calls and emails from the sales team and clients regarding order processing, product inquiries, upselling opportunities, and shipment tracking.
  • Oversee the management of incoming orders.
  • Address inquiries from clients and the sales team concerning order status, delivery schedules, product quality issues, and availability.
  • Resolve customer concerns effectively.
  • Engage with both existing and potential clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
  • Maintain and update client information within the database.
  • Collaborate with warehouse and accounting teams to resolve shipping and billing inquiries.
  • Participate in product training sessions to enhance knowledge.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of two years of experience in customer service or sales support, preferably within the food industry or a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills with a strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Thorough understanding of sales processes.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to quickly build rapport with clients and the sales team.
  • Proficient computer skills, including word processing and data entry capabilities.

This position is open to local candidates only. Sponsorship is not available. Candidates must be US citizens or permanent residents. This is an in-office role with a salary range of 55K to 68K, plus a benefits package.
