- Check in daily and weekly stock orders to ensure seamless operations.

- Collaborate with service technicians to determine parts requirements for repairs.
- Offer recommendations for parts and modifications to enhance equipment performance.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, new products, and advancements.
- Assist in developing parts sales strategies and promotions to boost customer engagement and satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- A High School Diploma or GED.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Parts experience in heavy equipment, agriculture, or automotive industries (preferred).
- Proven experience in parts management, customer service, or a similar role in the material handling or related industry.
- Strong understanding of inventory and supply chain management principles.
