We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Community Support Specialist to join our team at The Charles Lea Center. As a Community Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with disabilities to live independently and achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct support and care to individuals in their homes and communities
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household management
  • Support individuals in developing and achieving their goals and interests
  • Collaborate with the Program Manager and other team members to ensure high-quality support services

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
  • Experience working with individuals with disabilities and their families
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
