Responsibilities:
  • Assist in identifying potential grant opportunities from various sources.
  • Maintain an organized database of funding prospects and track application deadlines.
  • Gather necessary data and documents for grant applications in collaboration with program staff.
  • Draft, edit, and format sections of grant proposals and reports as needed.
  • Assist with the submission of grant proposals through online portals.
  • Support the Senior Grants Manager in tracking and managing grant budgets, monitoring expenditures and compliance.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual grant reports on overall revenue and expenditures, collaborating with Finance and Program teams.
  • Monitor grant-related activities, ensuring outcomes and goals are met; notify supervisor of any concerns.
Requirements:
  • Successful completion of Toxicology test, L2 fingerprints, local background screening, and OIG reference check.
  • Valid FL Driver License.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.
