Position Overview

The Transportation Solutions division at Leidos is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst for Program Management to oversee our SkyLine portfolio. This portfolio encompasses several air traffic management contracts with diverse international clients and is anticipated to be among the most rapidly expanding segments within Transportation Solutions. The selected candidate will report directly to the Senior Manager of ERAM & International ATM Finance & Business Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

The role entails managing the Estimate at Completion (EAC), budgeting, forecasting, and overseeing subcontractor hours, costs, and funding requirements, along with a thorough analysis of all contract-related financial data.
* Formulating and driving financial forecasts while analyzing program revenues and expenditures
* Delivering critical business insights and recommendations to meet both current and future program objectives, with a focus on cost reduction and enhancements in profit and processes
* Assisting with program invoicing and funding deliverables
* Overseeing the month-end closing process and conducting variance and trend analyses
* Supporting initiatives aimed at growth
* Conducting program-level risk management evaluations
* The role demands exceptional organizational, analytical, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
* The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating, monitoring, and implementing policies, practices, and performance standards
* Additionally, the candidate must demonstrate the ability to work autonomously, collaborate within a team, engage with various organizational levels, and manage multiple priorities
* The role will also involve driving innovation and automation.

Basic Qualifications:
* A Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of relevant experience or a Master’s degree with 6+ years of relevant experience is required.
* Proven experience in leading teams or projects
* Extensive experience in Program Finance, familiar with various contract types
* Detail-oriented and capable of working independently, with a strong emphasis on accuracy
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and experienced in government contracting.

Preferred Qualifications:
* Familiarity with Leidos Financial Systems and Contract Setup Processes
* Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Power Pivot, Power BI, and Power Query
* Experience in developing business cases
* Knowledge of integrated cost/schedule analysis
* Experience with international contracting
