Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Domino Software Developer to support a large, on-going State Government initiative. As a key member of our team, you will design, develop, and maintain Lotus Notes/Domino applications according to project requirements and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain Lotus Notes/Domino applications
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Domino applications with other enterprise systems
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for existing Domino applications
  • Perform system administration tasks such as server maintenance, database replication, and security management
  • Conduct code reviews and optimize application performance
  • Lead migration projects from legacy Lotus Notes applications to newer platforms when required
  • Document technical specifications, design patterns, and development processes
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in Domino development and relevant technologies
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in developing applications using Lotus Notes/Domino
  • Proficiency in LotusScript, Formula Language, and XPages development
  • Strong understanding of Domino server architecture and administration
  • Experience with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and RESTful APIs
  • Experience with creating Java Agents for Domino applications
  • Familiarity with database design principles and data migration strategies
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field or equivalent experience
Physical Demands

The ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards. Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.

The ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor.
