Job Summary

This position is part of the application development team at the Vermont Agency of Digital Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining new and existing processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop web-based applications using cloud technologies
- Collaborate with the AOE business users to understand goals and requirements
- Attend meetings to discuss project progress and goals

Requirements

- Strong background in web-based, cloud application development
- Experience working with databases, SQL queries, and data modeling
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with React, Spring, and Azure native applications
- Knowledge of UI/UX design and frontend development

Work Environment

This position is based out of the National Life Building in Montpelier, VT. Flexible schedules and part-time telework are encouraged.
