Job SummaryWe are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to oversee in-home and center-based ABA services for children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorders and/or related disorders.
Key Responsibilities- Design and direct the implementation of treatment goals, individualized to each client and family needs.
- Provide support through direct and indirect consultation to the client and the client's family.
- Conduct initial functional assessments, behavior plan development, and team training.
- Develop individualized program goals and treatment plans for clients and their families.
- Monitor ongoing implementation of program goals, evaluate progress, and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians and provide support and guidance.
- Teach parents strategies, in accordance with the treatment plan, using techniques such as modeling, coaching, and role-playing.
- Master's Degree in a related field (required).
- 3-5 years of clinical experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorders (preferred).
- BACB Certified (required).
- Experience with assessments and treatment formulation and data analysis.
- Experience designing and applying strategies based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis.
- Experience conducting and completing functional assessments.

- $5000 sign-on bonus for full-time BCBA.
- Pay scale: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year.
