We are a family-owned, ABA practice dedicated to providing high-quality services to families in the Arlington, Washington area.

Job Summary

We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to oversee in-home and center-based ABA services for children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorders and/or related disorders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and direct the implementation of treatment goals, individualized to each client and family needs.
  • Provide support through direct and indirect consultation to the client and the client's family.
  • Conduct initial functional assessments, behavior plan development, and team training.
  • Develop individualized program goals and treatment plans for clients and their families.
  • Monitor ongoing implementation of program goals, evaluate progress, and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
  • Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians and provide support and guidance.
  • Teach parents strategies, in accordance with the treatment plan, using techniques such as modeling, coaching, and role-playing.
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in a related field (required).
  • 3-5 years of clinical experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorders (preferred).
  • BACB Certified (required).
  • Experience with assessments and treatment formulation and data analysis.
  • Experience designing and applying strategies based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis.
  • Experience conducting and completing functional assessments.
