Rubric Behavioral and Educational Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced BCBA to provide high-quality services to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and a passion for delivering evidence-based interventions.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients
  • Conduct behavioral assessments and analyze data to inform treatment decisions
  • Collaborate with clients, families, and other service providers to ensure comprehensive care
  • Provide training and support to staff members on ABA principles and practices
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in ABA
Requirements
  • Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) or eligibility for certification
  • Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Psychology, Education, Special Education)
  • Experience working with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
