Business Development Representative

Blueshift Materials, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to play a key role in identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with potential clients.
The ideal candidate will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to implement growth strategies, expand the company's presence in the market, and achieve financial growth targets.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients
- Assist in developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for expanding the customer base
- Occasional travel to attend meetings with clients to understand their needs and present company products and services
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and sales contracts
- Track sales activities and follow up on leads to achieve sales targets
- Assist in negotiating and closing business deals
- Maintain accurate records of sales and business development activities
- 0-3 years of relevant experience
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, economics, or related field
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Sales, business development, or customer service experience
- CRM Software (e.g. Salesforce) experience
- STEM degree or demonstratable interest in material sciences
Full Time, non-exempt; 40 hours a week; Monday-Friday
Remote- Headquarters are in Spencer Massachusetts
