We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for closing qualified leads through in home estimates, developing new business opportunities and maintaining relationships with existing clients. Your primary focus will be to drive sales growth within your designated territory while providing exceptional customer service and product knowledge.
Duties
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through lead generation and networking.
- Conduct territory sales by visiting potential clients and presenting our products and services.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to develop effective sales strategies.
- Perform product demos to showcase features and benefits to prospective customers.
- Manage the sales process from initial contact through closing, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
- Collaborate with the inside sales team to enhance customer service and support efforts.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status using industry specific software.
- Provide regular feedback on customer needs, preferences, and market conditions to inform product development.
Skills
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in an outside sales capacity.
- Strong understanding of territory sales dynamics and business development principles.
- Ability to analyze data effectively to make informed decisions.
- Experience with technical sales is a plus, allowing for better communication of product specifications.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
- Proficient in lead generation techniques and managing a robust pipeline of prospects.
- Strong presentation skills for conducting engaging product demos.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while collaborating with a team when necessary.
