Covenant Physician Partners is actively looking for a dedicated Patient Services Specialist to become a vital part of our team. This role is designed for individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional service in a healthcare environment.

Position Overview:

  • Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
  • Weekend rotations are required to assist other facilities, with a minimum commitment of one Saturday each month.
  • Occasional travel to various clinic locations may be necessary.
  • Deliver outstanding patient service through clear communication and precise documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a friendly and courteous demeanor during all telephone interactions.
  • Collect and accurately input patient data into the system.
  • Coordinate appointments to enhance the patient experience.

Candidate Qualifications:

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is mandatory.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in a customer service role is required.
  • Familiarity with computer systems and office machinery is essential.
  • Excellent communication and time management abilities are crucial.
  • Strong attention to detail and the capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
