Digital Operations Manager

OBR Cooling Towers is seeking a highly skilled Digital Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing our digital infrastructure and technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the company's tech stack, develop user processes, and ensure technology tools are standardized across the organization.
  • Work closely with IT contractors to enhance cybersecurity measures, including proactive threat mitigation and reactive issue resolution.
  • Oversee and optimize all corporate program accounts, including Adobe, Spectrum, Autodesk, CRMs, Shopify, and Procore.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management, digital operations, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of sales and service business processes, business development, marketing, and financial reporting.
  • Proficient in managing corporate program accounts (Adobe, Autodesk, Spectrum, CRMs, Shopify).
  • Experience with web design and e-commerce platforms.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and data management best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop employee portals and process documentation.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing direct reports.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience working with IT contractors and managing cybersecurity initiatives.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with Procore, OneDrive, and other data-sharing platforms.
  • Ability to think creatively and implement innovative technology solutions.
  • Self-starter with willingness to learn, collaborate, contribute, and work with a sense of urgency.
