Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team at Coastal Ridge Real Estate. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth in the multifamily housing sector.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant platforms to achieve maximum ROI and drive business growth.
* Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI, including keyword selection, bid management, and ad copy creation to ensure effective targeting and conversion.
* Monitor and analyze campaign performance data to provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve campaign performance and drive business results.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to align digital strategies with overall marketing goals and objectives.
* Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and the multifamily housing industry to ensure our marketing efforts remain effective and competitive.
* Manage the marketing budget effectively to ensure optimal use of resources and achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in computer science, marketing communications, or a related field.
* 1+ years of experience in a digital marketing role with a proven track record of success in developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns that drive measurable results.
* Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, awareness marketing, email marketing, reporting, and analytics to drive business growth and revenue.
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail required to manage multiple campaigns and ensure accuracy and quality in all marketing efforts.
* Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, to analyze and present campaign performance data and insights.
