Job Description

Job Title: Support Professional for Residential Care

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Support Professional for Residential Care to join our team at Target Community & Educational Services, Inc. The successful candidate will assist the Community Living Managers in the supervision and training of residents and in the operation of the group home (GH)/Apartment program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Community Living Managers in the supervision and training of residents.
  • Operate the group home (GH)/Apartment program.
  • Perform duties in accordance with the philosophy, mission, and goals of the agency.
  • Work as a professional collaborator with all internal and external stakeholders in modeling a safe, supportive, and respectful demeanor.
  • Take appropriate action based on circumstances and provide pertinent and comprehensive information to supervisory personnel.

Requirements:

  • Minimum high school diploma.
  • Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
  • Excellent driving record.
