Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the assembly and configuration of specialized audio, visual, and live streaming apparatus, including sound mixers, monitors, and podium equipment.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues with audio equipment provided by clients, ensuring optimal functionality.
  • Utilize creative problem-solving skills to address challenges that arise during setup.
  • Organize timelines and prepare for events by reviewing worksheets and assessing venue requirements.
  • Ensure that all necessary equipment is gathered and the event space is adequately prepared.
  • Maintain cleanliness and presentation of conference rooms, including vacuuming and trash removal.
  • Oversee the efficient handling of event spaces, particularly during high-traffic periods.
  • Adhere to established protocols while executing tasks and provide leadership in the absence of direct supervision.
  • Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of equipment and facilities.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient knowledge of audio and visual equipment, as well as commercial cleaning tools.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks that require standing, walking, lifting, and bending.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to follow detailed instructions.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with experience interacting with diverse clientele.
  • Familiarity with event setup processes and equipment logistics.
  • Capacity to troubleshoot equipment issues promptly.
  • Experience in inventory management and supply tracking.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and external stakeholders.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends.

Working Environment:
The role is primarily conducted indoors, with occasional outdoor tasks. The working conditions are generally safe and climate-controlled, ensuring a comfortable environment for all employees.
