Job Description

At RHP Properties, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Coordinator Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for implementing sales and financing strategies to increase the value of home sites and community sales while maintaining and increasing occupancy and revenue.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience, with a strong background in property management and customer service. They will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to meet or exceed sales goals, generating interest, and establishing positive relationships with the community.

The Sales Coordinator Specialist will work closely with the Community Manager to achieve sales and revenue goals, and will be responsible for preparing and distributing advertising materials to gain visibility in the marketplace. They will also assist with cleaning, repairing, and making homes available for sale.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to meet or exceed sales goals
  • Researching market trends, demographics, and competition to inform sales and marketing decisions
  • Creating plans and taking proactive measures to market the community to prospective buyers
  • Working closely with the Community Manager to achieve sales and revenue goals
  • Preparing and distributing advertising materials to gain visibility in the marketplace
  • Assisting with cleaning, repairing, and making homes available for sale
