Job Title: Wireless Retail Sales Representative

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Wireless Retail Sales Representative to join our team at Blue Link Wireless. As a Wireless Retail Sales Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, demonstrating products, and meeting sales goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Interact with customers and provide prompt and courteous customer service
  • Understand customers' needs and help them discover how our products meet those needs
  • Educate and engage customers through product demonstrations
  • Possess a competitive spirit and desire to meet and exceed sales goals
  • Stay current with the latest data/entertainment technology and devices
  • Multi-task in a fast-paced team environment
  • Attain monthly goals and objectives
  • Ability to work in other locations as the needs of the business dictate

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years retail/customer facing/sales experience preferred but not required
  • Bilingual preferred but not required in some markets
  • Competitive and eager to learn
  • Desire to exceed customer expectations and a love of wireless technology
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and/or holidays as reflected on a published and approved schedule
