Job Title: Logistics Lead

At TireHub LLC, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Logistics Lead to join our team. As a Logistics Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the distribution of tires to customer locations, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and shipping tires.
  • Coordinate with logistics specialists to ensure accurate and efficient loading and unloading of tires.
  • Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safe and reliable transportation of tires.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, including tracking and reporting on tire stock levels.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement strategies for improving logistics operations and increasing efficiency.
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of experience in a logistics or warehouse environment.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Ability to lift, pull, push, and/or move tires (up to 50 lbs. or greater with or without mechanical assistance).
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with general warehousing, including proper placement of received products in warehouse and proper placement of shipping products in warehouse.
  • Knowledge of Roadnet, GPS, and Navigation systems.
  • Ability to use computer-based programs, including an iPad.
Working Conditions:

The Logistics Lead will work in a fast-paced warehouse environment, with frequent bending, pulling, rolling, twisting, and lifting. The position requires the ability to work extended periods of time on a computer and perform repetitive key-boarding activities. The Logistics Lead may be required to handle hazardous materials and wear various forms of protective equipment.
