Talent Acquisition Manager

At TalentRemedy, we're seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for strategically identifying, attracting, and retaining top talent to meet our current and future staffing needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for various positions within our restaurants and management located in our Virginia, Washington DC, and Florida markets.
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to identify the skills and qualities required for each role and understanding the staffing needs of each restaurant location.
  • Creating and auditing compelling job descriptions and advertisements tailored to attract candidates for both front-of-house, back-of-house, and management positions.
  • Reviewing resumes, conducting initial screenings, and scheduling interviews with potential candidates, assessing their qualifications, experience, and cultural fit with our company's values and team dynamics.
  • Coordinating and facilitating interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient interview process.
  • Overseeing the onboarding process to ensure a seamless transition for new employees, conducting orientation sessions, assisting with paperwork and documentation, and providing necessary training materials.
  • Maintaining relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process, providing timely communication and feedback to ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Building a talent pipeline for future hiring needs and maintaining contact with potential candidates for future opportunities.
  • Collaborating with our management team and leadership team to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies that align with our company's growth objectives.
  • Analyzing recruitment metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and staying abreast of industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a talent acquisition manager or related field/experience in a high-volume hospitality/restaurant environment.
  • Fluency in the Spanish Language is highly desired to support both interviewing and conducting new team member orientations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze recruitment data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Effective organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • A customer-centric approach, with a focus on understanding and meeting the needs of candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • The ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team and build strong working relationships.
  • Adaptability and resilience in the face of change and challenges, with the ability to quickly pivot strategies, learn new technologies, and overcome obstacles.
  • A solid understanding of local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations, with the ability to ensure compliance throughout the recruitment process.
