* Knowledge of agricultural supply systems and perishable commodities
* Straightforward and forthright communication skills, verbal and written, for both internal and external
* Demonstrates a sense of urgency and works well with others
* Flexible; ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities
* Proficient with and willingness to learn use of Microsoft Office and Eden Foods' software programs
* Supply Chain Management experience
