Job Title: Business Development Executive

At Staples, we're committed to helping our customers succeed. As a Business Development Executive, you'll play a critical role in driving growth and expanding our customer base through acquiring new customers and developing strategic relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Acquire a significant number of net new Breakroom customers by hunting within assigned territory.
  • Manage a healthy pipeline of opportunities, tracking progress, and continuously updating CRM to ensure timely follow-up and closure of deals.
  • Proactively work to identify, qualify, and engage prospective customers.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market data.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 3+ years successful prospecting experience.
  • Remote Role: Must be able to cover a territory of the state of Connecticut.
