Job Title: Business Development Account Manager


Job Summary:

The Business Development Account Manager is a key role at DCO Energy, LLC, responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through strategic partnerships and customer relationships. This position requires a strong understanding of the energy and utilities industry, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales and revenue targets through effective account management and business development strategies
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships with architectural and engineering firms, developers, and other key stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, including high-level management decision makers and building facility engineers
  • Utilize industry knowledge and expertise to provide innovative solutions and recommendations to customers
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or related field; MBA preferred
  • 5-10 years of experience in business development within the energy and utilities industry
  • Strong understanding of building HVAC systems and options
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
