Job Overview

Soleo Health is seeking a skilled Per Diem Infusion Nurse to support our patients in the McAllen, TX area. As a key member of our team, you will provide primary patient care, assessments, and education to patients receiving infusion therapy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct care to assigned patients, including initiation and maintenance of communications with the care team
  • Evaluate and educate patients/care partners on safe administration of home infusion therapy
  • Evaluate the home environment and identify necessary interventions
  • Develop and maintain caseload scheduling and communications
  • Document patient visits and discharge summaries

Requirements:

  • Bilingual proficiency
  • Pediatric experience
  • Bleeding disorder experience
  • RN degree, BSN preferred
  • Advanced certification in specialty areas of practice (e.g., CRNI, ONS, IgRN) preferred but not required
  • On-call requirement, nights and weekends included
  • Administrative oversight, including monitoring of workflows and ensuring compliance with policies
  • Emergency availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Minimum 3 years nursing experience with background in infusion therapy
  • Current nursing license for applicable home state
  • Experience in ICU and/or Cardiac Care preferred
  • Proficient with Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Valid state-issued driver's license with no significant restrictions
