Job Summary

Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking a highly skilled Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. As a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to critically ill newborns and their families.

Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive care to neonates in the NICU, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of complex medical conditions
  • Collaborate with neonatologists, pediatricians, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Conduct thorough assessments of newborns, including physical examinations, laboratory tests, and diagnostic imaging
  • Develop and implement treatment plans, including medication management, respiratory support, and other interventions as needed
  • Provide education and support to families, including counseling, guidance, and emotional support
Requirements
  • Current APRN national specialty certification
  • Minimum of a master's degree
