Position Overview

  • Technical Skills: Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and conduct precise project takeoffs.
  • Contract Review: Understand complex contracts to ensure alignment with proposals.
  • Documentation: Review submittals and shop drawings meticulously.
  • Project Management: Order materials, direct work crews, and manage job scheduling efficiently.
  • Organizational Skills: Maintain strong organizational and documentation practices to track requests, approved changes, and customer requirements.
  • Technical Proficiency: Demonstrate strong computer skills to document bid requirements and costs effectively.
  • Software Utilization: Familiarity with The Edge Estimating software, Procore, and Blue Beam is preferred.
  • Experience: Prior experience in bidding various commercial roofing systems based on architectural plans and field knowledge is advantageous.
