Job Title: Electrical Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Project Manager to lead our large scale commercial electrical projects from conception to completion.

Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements for large-scale commercial electrical projects.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate project teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring all members understand their roles and responsibilities.
  • Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining clear and effective communication to address concerns, provide updates, and ensure project satisfaction.
  • Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, expenses, and financial performance, ensuring projects are completed within budget constraints.
  • Resource Allocation: Coordinate with internal teams and subcontractors to allocate resources effectively, optimizing efficiency and productivity.
  • Quality Assurance: Oversee the implementation of quality control measures, ensuring compliance with electrical codes, regulations, and project specifications.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure the successful and timely completion of projects.
  • Project Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
  • Timeline Adherence: Monitor project timelines, identifying potential delays and implementing corrective actions to keep projects on schedule.
  • Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure work environment for all project participants.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: Proven experience as a Project Manager in the electrical field, managing large scale commercial projects.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide project teams.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
  • Organization: Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve project-related challenges.
  • Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
