Job Title: Service Manager

ML Property Group is seeking a highly skilled Service Manager to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct routine maintenance tasks, including repairs, installations, and upkeep.
  • Coordinate make-ready repairs and services to ensure properties are well-maintained and presentable.
  • Respond promptly to emergency service requests and complete service requests within 24 hours, except for complex cases.
  • Manage maintenance inventory and supplies, and maintain a clean and organized maintenance shop.
  • Adhere to and enforce all ML Property Group policies, and support the Company's vision, mission, and values.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma required; college degree preferred.
  • 3-5 years of apartment maintenance experience, with at least 1 year as a Service Manager.
  • Proficient in carpentry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and appliance repair.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with work order maintenance systems.
  • Valid driver's license and current auto insurance.
  • HVAC certification, CPO certification, EPA certifications Type I and II or Universal.
