Vistage Worldwide is a leading CEO coaching and peer advisory organization for small and midsize business leaders. We're seeking a highly motivated Regional Sales Consultant to join our team and help us achieve our mission of empowering business leaders to succeed.

About the Role

As a Regional Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering new membership sales and engaging with C-level candidates through insightful conversations. You will utilize our CRM tool, Salesforce, to maintain sales pipelines and create forecasts that meet and exceed regional sales goals. You will also collaborate with other team members to coordinate selling efforts and capitalize on sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage C-level candidates in conversations over the phone to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Utilize Salesforce CRM to maintain sales pipelines and create forecasts that meet and exceed regional sales goals.
  • Implement and execute the company sales process across multi-channels within the field.
  • Collaborate with other team members to coordinate selling efforts and capitalize on sales opportunities.
  • Lead, direct, and design tactics to make the regional sales initiative stronger by incorporating opportunities from both the individual region and the regional sales teams.
  • Partner with field management to determine opportunities for market penetration.
  • Serve as a partner and make recommendations to Regional Executive regarding opportunities to maximize sales.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in solution selling or relationship selling to high-level clients.
  • 5+ years of successful experience with inside phone sales or consulting.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM tool.
  • Strong PC skills required, including proficiency in all Microsoft Office packages, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Savviness with Twitter, LinkedIn, and other social media tactics is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills with high energy and enthusiasm.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to meet personal and team weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial goals.

  • Ability to multi-task and remain detail-oriented.
  • Ability to travel in the region 1x per quarter.
  • Attention to detail with a strong emphasis on delivering world-class customer service to all members.

What We Offer

  • Total Compensation Range: $66,000 - $107,000 (compensation based in San Diego, CA).
