About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Patient Service Representative to join our team at Duly Health and Care. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient service and support to our patients and clinical departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide efficient and effective patient check-in, registration, and scheduling services
  • Answer multiple phone lines and respond to patient inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Verify patient information and document in their Electronic Health Record (EPIC)
  • Assist with daily monitoring of patient scheduling reports and ensure that all open slots are filled same day
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the smooth operation of the front desk
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Three years of patient/client-facing experience preferred
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
