Job Overview

Paragon Staffing, LLC is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Worker to support our logistics operations. This role involves working on the warehouse floor, efficiently processing orders by selecting and packaging items into boxes and containers. The Warehouse Worker will also manage incoming and outgoing shipments while ensuring a clean and safe working environment.

The ideal candidate should have experience in a dynamic warehouse setting that experiences varying temperatures throughout the year. The ability to work safely and efficiently while standing for extended periods is essential for fulfilling order requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inventory Management: Accurately pick and pack products as per customer orders into appropriate containers. Maintain an up-to-date inventory list and assist with restocking supplies as necessary. Report any defective items and keep detailed records of inventory and invoices as instructed by management.
  • Safety and Cleanliness: Promote a safe working environment by maintaining an organized workspace, promptly addressing any safety concerns, and participating in ongoing safety training. Address complaints and communicate any shipping or receiving issues to the shift supervisor. Perform additional tasks as required.
Qualifications:
  • Experience with inventory control systems is preferred.
  • Familiarity with warehouse documentation and inventory counting is advantageous.
  • Experience operating specific power equipment is a plus.
  • Physical ability to bend, stand, reach, pull, lift, and carry items within the warehouse.

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
