Job Title: Associate Director of Enrollment Management

Reports to: Head of School

Location: CATS Academy Boston

Overview

The Associate Director of Enrollment Management is a key member of the CATS Academy Admissions Team, responsible for supporting our school mission by providing the required on-site support structure to fellow colleagues, parents, students, educational consultants, agents, and all other key stakeholders.

This individual will be responsible for supporting our domestic recruitment and marketing efforts, including the AHA Hockey Academy.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

Admission tasks

•Support Sales Team with borderline students and interviews.

•Assist in answering all pre-arrival admissions-related inquiry emails and telephone calls, including those relating to the AHA Hockey Academy.

•Arrange student interviews with school administration, faculty, and staff members as required.

•Review and evaluate applicants as a member of the Admissions Committee.

•Arrange acceptance packages for the AHA Hockey Academy.

•Liaise with the Head of School regarding scholarships requests/offers for new students.

•Communicate scholarship needs for new students when arranging acceptance packages.

•Maintain effective communication with potential applicants and their families in order to cultivate relationships.

•Keep students engaged throughout the summer before arrival.

•Help manage communication for new students before Induction and send our pre-arrival emails.

•Be responsible for I-20's and SEVIS registration.

•Support the daily operations of the Enrollment Office

Requirements

Student experience

•Build strong working relationships with families and consultants

•Arrange events during Arrivals Weekends, Open Houses, Re-Visit Days, Receptions, etc.

•Act as the liaison between the Student Advisors and the AHA students.

•Help manage the AHA student ambassadors who can arrange community events and feedback etc.

•Work with the CATS AD team for logistics of transportation. Meals and game schedules.

•Support in the coordination of student induction and registration events, working with other team members to ensure all new students receive a positive welcoming experience.

Marketing / Recruitment support

•Working with the Head of School for Recruitment Purposes

•Responsible for planning all recruitment fairs and assigning people from the department to attend and represent CATS.

•Liaising and supporting the Marketing department in compiling marketing materials for domestic recruitment (capturing testimonials, images, videos etc.).

•Collate news of events/activities/excursions/ in relation to the AHA students and post to Social Channels regularly.

•Cultivate strong and sustainable relationships between communities to enhance the increase of the domestic pipeline of prospective admissions applicants.

•Help develop and implement recruitment strategies and propose new events and ideas for recruitment.

•Arrange campus tours for interested agents, students, and parents

•Represent CATS Academy with domestic recruitment of students.

•Attend student recruitment events (school fairs, showcases, etc.)

•As part of the student ambassador initiative (AHA Ambassadors, encourage existing students to give feedback, presentations, speak to prospective students/families etc.)

•Manage onshore focused AHA direct transfer applicants.

Other

•Engage in faculty meetings and school events when not in conflict with Admissions and Coaching responsibilities

•Other duties assigned by the Head of School

•Represent the Enrollment Office in the weekly Department team meetings

•Travel as needed.

•Planning and presenting targets with the Head of School for recruitment for domestic and Consultant recruitment.

•Responsible for maintaining the SSS Financial Aid Portal and confidentiality with parents' financial information.

Qualifications:

•Bachelor's degree preferred.

Essential Skills:

•Fluent English

•Strong organizational skills

•Passion to help students

•Willingness to travel within the US

•Excellent software skills, CRM, PPT, Word, Outlook, TEAMs

Desired Skills:

•Experience in international education

•Working in a boarding school setting
